It’s always fun when a retailer themselves are the ones behind designing a shoe. They are essentially the bridge between the brands and the consumers so they know what moves and more importantly what their audience likes. So seeing this Rhode Island skate shop named Civil designed Dunk is nice.

With a color way that almost feels like the Air Jordan 1 (I) Alpha – Tinker Hatfield Edition the lack of orange is the only thing that is of exception to this. Outsole and off white canvas/suede upper is what gives off most of that impression though. This is a very clean color way that ironically will probably be kinda hard to keep clean. Regardless these are set to drop next month to select Nike SB accounts.
