Based on a painting by Al Held [Rome II], these Dunks are the epitome of abstract. With it’s bright coloring and sea foam green suede, they are so odd that you are left with no choice but to break necks. The artwork in the mid panels is replicated from the painting, while the contrast stitching and white suede tongue are a perfect accent to the clear vinyl swooshes. And while the idea is a little out there, the execution is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen.
